SMALL BATCH | HAND-CRAFTEDChivalry wines are barrel aged for 16 to 24 months with exception of the Rose and Viognier. All of our releases are crafted to be ready to drink when they are available. Our reds will continue to evolve for 5 to 20 years depending on the varietal and the AVA. If you have any questions regarding a wines aging potential please do not hesitate to call or email us so we can provide you the latest information. We sample our wines regularly.
2022 NAPA VALLEY CABERNET SAUVIGNON
The 2022 vintage of this captivating red wine reveals a lush blend of ripe currants, juicy dark berries, and fragrant spices, complemented by an earthy hint of wild mushrooms. Medium to full-bodied, it showcases layers of velvety tannins that add depth and structure. The finish is vibrant and satisfying, leaving a lasting impression of rich fruit and balanced elegance.
2020 NAPA VALLEY CABERNET SAUVIGNON – Rutherford
A captivating red wine that unveils a luscious symphony of ripe currants, succulent berries, aromatic spices, and earthy mushrooms. With its medium to full body, it has layers of velvety tannins and a juicy finish.
2018 Pinot Noir – Russian River Valley
Consulting winemaker Kian Tavakoli has our 2018 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir on point. Delicate and vibrant, it showcases ripe red cherry and raspberry flavors, accented by subtle hints of spice and earthiness. Silky-smooth tannins and a enduring finish. Sourced from a vineyard: South of MacRostie and just North of Rochiloi.
2012 NAPA VALLEY CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Rich, velvety, and full-bodied, this vintage offers luscious blackberry and cassis notes, complemented by hints of cedar and vanilla. With well-integrated tannins and a sustained finish.
2018 ROSE – Lodi Old Vine Zinfandel
Our 2018 Rose was produced saignee (sohn-yay) style from our 2018 Lodi Old Vine zinfandel grapes. This dry Rose has clean crisp notes of rose petals, strawberry with a hint of cranberry and watermelon on the finish. You’ll find it refreshing and extremely well balanced.

2014 NAPA VALLEY CABERNET SAUVIGNON - Coombsville
Our 2014 Coombsville Cabernet is a perfect example of this wonderful AVA. The soft but significant tannins provide excellent structure and a beautiful mouth feel. The underlying currents of earth and mineral flavors make this an excellent wine to drink now but one that will hold for several years to come. 95% Cabernet – 5% Petit Verdot

2013 NAPA VALLEY CABERNET SAUVIGNON – St. Helena “La Chiquita”

2014 NAPA VALLEY CABERNET SAUVIGNON - Yountville
The 2014 Yountville Cabernet shows how excellent wines from this AVA can be. The rich but subtle tannins combined with delicate red fruit make this wine very approachable now but certainly worthy of cellar aging. This beauty of a wine provides wonderful flavor and a clean lasting finish. 95% Cabernet – 5% Petit Verdot

2016 SONOMA CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Our Sonoma County Cabernet is a perfect example of fabulous value. The vineyard, located just a few miles from the Sonoma Square, produced small berries with intense flavor. The result, rich luscious fruit with bold but well balanced tannins. Ready to drink now or over the next several years.

Produced from 47 year old vines this wine is classic Lodi, the Old Vine Zinfandel Capital of California. Containing deep fruit flavors and a silky texture this wine will be a perfect addition to your next family barbeque

2017 LODI CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Given the success of our 2016 Lodi Old Vine Zinfandel, we decided to expand our Lodi selection of wines with a 100% Cabernet from Lodi. Aged for 18 months in 65% new French Oak and 35% neutral barrels, the resulting wine has hints of vanilla and cassis. The rich finish has that classic dark berry flavor associated with Lodi Cabernet. Tzabaco Rancho Vineyards is well known for the quality of their Viognier grapes. Located in the heart of Dry Creek, the grapes produce a beautiful wine with layers of flavor. The grapes are 100% French Clone with a wonderful floral nose accompanied by creamy textures of peach and green melon. Our Viognier is fermented in 100% stainless steel to preserve the fresh flavors.
